Summit Truck Group in Wichita, KS is seeking a Service Administrator to work with the Service Department to ensure a smooth process for completed customer work orders. You will handle daily customer interactions, incoming calls, and documentation to support efficient service operations.

Qualifications

• High school degree required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in truck/automotive service administration.
• Dependability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review completed work orders for accuracy, including outside purchases, sublet charges, lube, oil, labor and parts.
• Call customers for purchase orders on completed work orders when applicable.
• Maintain and file all necessary documentation for the Service Department.
• Call customers daily when service work is completed.
• Answer incoming service department calls and direct to appropriate staff.
• Handle customer complaints with integrity, refer to appropriate personnel for resolution.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a safe, clean work environment.
• Receive service work COD payments and balance daily cash box.
• Assist with month-end close out and closing warranty work orders, as needed.
• Assist with other projects as needed.
