CDJR Brooksville is seeking a dependable Service Administrator / Clerical Support to join our growing service department in Brooksville, FL. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, organization, and learning dealership operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will conduct CSI follow-up calls, provide excellent customer service, support service advisors with documentation, and learn warranty processes to back up the Warranty Administrator.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or dealership clerical work preferred.
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized with data entry ability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CSI follow-up calls
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships
• Assist with general clerical and administrative duties within the service department
