Job summary

AutoNation Inc. is seeking a Service Cashier/Administrator in Spokane Valley to handle payments for work and parts, reconcile repair orders, and manage daily cash and documentation.

You will interact with customers at the desk, answer phones, and support the service department with administrative tasks. Responsibilities include accurate order processing, updating histories, and ensuring all transactions and invoices are properly closed by the end of the day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6-12 months of previous work experience (preferred).
• Demonstrated customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, add, subtract, divide and comprehend written instructions and information.
