AutoNation is seeking a Service Advisor to bridge the gap between customers and technicians, explaining recommendations and identifying upsell opportunities to keep vehicles safe. You’ll play an active role in the service lane, driving customer loyalty and satisfaction.

In this role you will meet sales targets, greet customers, perform vehicle walk-arounds, and communicate clearly to help customers plan ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to meet targeted sales goals and work with a consultative approach.

Along with your communication skills and automotive knowledge, you’ll utilize leading-edge technology to uncover selling opportunities that keep drivers safe in their vehicles..Position OverviewWorking in our state of the art service departments, the Service Advisor acts as the go-between for Service Technicians and customers. In this position, you’ll be able to get out from behind the desk and play an active role in the service lane.
