Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate in Spokane Valley, WA to guide customers online, by phone and in person through the vehicle purchase process in a no-haggle environment. You will respond to leads promptly, provide information and help customers transition to an in-store visit, ensuring an exceptional experience.

The role emphasizes strong communication, sales or customer service experience, and a drive to meet targeted goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities
