Job summary

AutoNation Ford Sanford is seeking a Service Advisor to bridge communications between customers and service technicians. You will greet clients, set appointments, and explain technician recommendations in clear terms, while identifying up-sell opportunities to keep vehicles safe and reliable.

You will use tech tools to prepare estimates, track progress, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. A focus on up-selling and driving loyalty completes the role in a fast-paced service

Qualifications

Along with your communication skills and automotive knowledge, you’ll utilize leading-edge technology to uncover selling opportunities that keep drivers safe in their vehicles..Position OverviewWorking in our state of the art service departments, the Service Advisor acts as the go-between for Service Technicians and customers. In this position, you’ll be able to get out from behind the desk and play an active role in the service lane.
