Job summary

Greenway Kia Rivergate in Madison, TN is seeking a full-time Service Administrative Assistant for our busy Service Department. You will courteously manage all service and repair transactions, process payments, and prepare estimates and invoices.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, can explain vehicle service recommendations, and supports scheduling, records, and office tasks. Must be able to work Saturdays and maintain a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
• Experience with POS and credit/debit processing preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive service is a plus.
• Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes payments for services.
