Job summary

San Marcos Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is hiring a Full Time Service Admin Assistant in San Marcos, TX. The role involves handling customer calls, following up on service appointments, responding to inquiries via multiple channels, and supporting the Service Rental Program.

Data entry and reporting support are also expected of the candidate. Qualified applicants will have prior customer service experience, a professional, courteous attitude, and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• Availability to work afternoon shifts M-F (Service closes at 6pm)
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
• Positive and hardworking personality
• Strong computer skills
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Willing to pass background check and potential drug test

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
• Assist with Service Rental Program
• Data entry
• Assist service management team with reporting, record keeping, etc.
