Job summary

Fin & Tonic in Sarasota, FL is seeking servers who are outgoing and enthusiastic about delivering a 5-Star guest experience. You will greet guests, seat them, and coordinate with the FOH and Kitchen teams to ensure exceptional service.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of high-level customer service experience, plus wine and food knowledge. TOAST POS knowledge is a must; weekend shifts and flexible schedules are required. Daily tips payout and Friday paychecks are provided.

Fin & Tonic is located just south of Stickney Point on 41.

Servers report directly to the General Manager, and coordinate with other FOH Staff and Kitchen Staff throughout service to ensure all guests of Fin & Tonic are receiving a 5-Star Experience.

• Friendly and attentive service, including greeting and seating guests, anticipating and responding to dining needs is a MUST.
• Weekend shifts & available flexibility are a MUST.
• TOAST POS system knowledge is a MUST. You'll be taking customized & detailed orders, processing payments/money handling.
• Maintain working knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, etc.
• Other standard service duties, such as opening/closing restaurant as scheduled, helping with banquets and events, other duties as assigned by your management team.
