Job summary

Fin & Tonic in Sarasota, FL is seeking servers with 3+ years of high-level customer service experience. You will greet and seat guests, take detailed orders, and coordinate with FOH and Kitchen teams to ensure a 5-star dining experience. Toast POS knowledge and weekend availability are required.

Are you outgoing and enthusiastic about providing an excellent experience for your guests? We are looking for Servers with at least 3 years experience with a high-level of customer service. Wine & food knowledge!

Fin & Tonic is located just south of Stickney Point on 41.

Servers report directly to the General Manager, and coordinate with other FOH Staff and Kitchen Staff throughout service to ensure all guests of Fin & Tonic are receiving a 5-Star Experience.

• Friendly and attentive service, including greeting and seating guests, anticipating and responding to dining needs is a MUST.
• Weekend shifts & available flexibility are a MUST.
• TOAST POS system knowledge is a MUST. You'll be taking customized & detailed orders, processing payments/money handling.
• Maintain working knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, etc.
• Other standard service duties, such as opening/closing restaurant as scheduled, helping with banquets and events, other duties as assigned by your management team.
