Job summary

Racine Country Club in Racine, WI is seeking friendly servers to join our food & beverage team. As a Server, you'll deliver exceptional service to members and guests and you'll have the opportunity to train as a bartender.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with ability to operate POS systems accurately.
• Team player with positive work ethic.
• Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol.
• Eagerness to learn and cross-train as a bartender.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for long shifts.

About the Role

As a Server at Racine Country Club, you'll be an essential part of our member dining experience—offering exceptional service in a welcoming and team-oriented environment. Once you've mastered the server role, you'll have the opportunity to expand your skills behind the bar with hands‑on bartender training. Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• $10.00/hour + tips to start
• $12.00/hour + tipsaftertraining completed
