Job summary

Racine Country Club is seeking a friendly Server Assistant to join our hospitality team in Racine, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate is at least 16 years old and eager to provide outstanding dining experiences for club members.

You will assist servers with setup, service and clean-up, serve water, carry trays, clear dishes, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked dining room. This role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and excellent customer service in a social club setting.

Qualifications

• Maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the dining area.
• Communicate professionally and warmly with staff, members, and guests.
• Be willing to learn, show urgency, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to walk and stand during the entire shift; lift/carry as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in setup, service and clean-up tasks.
• Serve water to members and guests as they are seated.
• Carry food trays to tables and remove soiled dishes to the area.
• Replace soiled linen with clean linen and set tables with silverware and glassware.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room areas and stock servers’ stations.
