Green Bay Country Club is seeking friendly, energetic Servers to deliver exceptional dining experiences for members and guests. Training is provided, and no experience is required for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving in various dining areas, and assisting with events like weddings and tournaments. You’ll work with a great team in a beautiful club setting and have the chance to earn tips.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to provide friendly, professional service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• ServeSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain with club support.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, depending on location and season.

What You'll Do

Requirements

Physical Demands And Work Environment

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to safely navigate busy dining rooms, patios, event spaces, stairs, and uneven surfaces.
• Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including heat, humidity, wind, and light rain.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
