The Adolphus is seeking a hospitality professional dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a historic Dallas setting.

You will record orders with attention to allergens and guest notes, advise on menu options, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of meals and beverages. A warm, welcoming presence and ability to build guest relationships are essential to success.

Requested Tasks

• Record guests’ orders; have a keen eye for detail for allergens, special requests and noted information
• Through understanding and knowledge of food and beverage menu options; able to adeptly make recommendations to guests
• Understanding of Kitchen timing; ability to stay organized and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner

Requested Capabilities

• Ability to create meaningful relationships with guests
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to carry food and drink trays
