Job summary

The Adolphus in Dallas, TX is seeking a Seasonal Server to deliver warm, guest-focused service in a historic hotel setting during the Winter Village event. You will record guests’ orders, be mindful of allergens, make menu recommendations, and coordinate timing with the kitchen to ensure timely service, while creating meaningful guest connections.

Requested Tasks

• Record guests’ orders; have a keen eye for detail for allergens, special requests and noted information
• Through understanding and knowledge of food and beverage menu options; able to adeptly make recommendations to guests
• Understanding of Kitchen timing; ability to stay organized and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
• Ability to create meaningful relationships with guests
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to carry food and drink trays
