The Adolphus is recruiting a Seasonal Server for its downtown Dallas location. You will record orders, check allergens, and collaborate with the kitchen to deliver timely meals and beverages in a guest-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Record guests’ orders with accuracy and attention to allergens and special requests.

Requested Tasks

• Record guests’ orders; have a keen eye for detail for allergens, special requests and noted information
• Through understanding and knowledge of food and beverage menu options; able to adeptly make recommendations to guests
• Understanding of Kitchen timing; ability to stay organized and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
• Ability to create meaningful relationships with guests
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to carry food and drink trays
