Job summary

Schweitzer in Snowshoe, WV is seeking seasonal restaurant staff to deliver excellent guest service throughout the winter season. The role requires flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You will take orders, serve food and drinks, advise guests on menu options, balance payments, and help keep stations stocked and clean. Perks include on‑mountain housing, medical benefits, and generous employee discounts on dining, retail, and lift tickets.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism during busy shifts.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by taking orders, delivering food and drinks in a timely manner.
• Recommend dining options by being knowledgeable of menu and specials.
• Assist team in keeping service stations stocked and clean.
• Process payments and balance the bank at the end of shift.
• Verify guests are of legal age before serving alcohol.
