Job summary

Raso360 is seeking a Production Test Technician to inspect, test, and troubleshoot assembled servers in a fast-paced production setting. You will handle BIOS/firmware updates, install Windows and Linux, and ensure adherence to production and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has hands-on server hardware experience, knowledge of GPUs, networking, RAID, and Windows/Linux, and can read production instructions while maintaining safety and organization on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Technical school certificate or college degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Test Technician or similar role.
• Basic server assembly and troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of GPUs, networking, RAID, and Windows/Linux.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to read and understand production instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic understanding of English.
• Willingness to work occasional overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and troubleshoot assembled servers.
• Perform BIOS and firmware upgrades.
• Install and configure Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Test and troubleshoot basic server hardware, GPUs, networking, and RAID.
• Follow sales order requirements and standard production procedures.
• Meet daily production schedules and quality requirements.
• Document and communicate testing results and technical issues.
• Read and follow production documentation and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other production duties as assigned.
