Job summary

Equus Compute Solutions is seeking a Systems Technician III to provide hands‑on production support in a manufacturing environment. You will assemble, configure, and test diverse compute systems, perform burn‑in, document results, and help maintain quality and on‑schedule delivery.

The role requires Linux and Windows troubleshooting, RAID configuration, BIOS/IPMI work, and collaboration with Engineering and Quality to resolve nonconformances and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3 years related experience.
• Three years as Server Technician or similar role.
• Strong Linux and Windows troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Experience with RAID configurations and BIOS/IPMI.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, configure, test, and document computer systems.
• Perform burn‑in, HiPot, and validation per procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues and support root cause analysis.
• Maintain production documentation and configurations.
• Provide guidance to production staff and improve processes.
