Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Test Technician to validate and test server, storage, and networking hardware in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will setup systems, run diagnostics, analyze results, and perform rework as needed to ensure customer-ready quality.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with electronic and server-grade equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience testing, troubleshooting, or repairing computer hardware, networking equipment, servers, or electronic systems.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, work instructions, specifications, and test requirements.
• Familiarity with manufacturing, production, or electronics assembly environments preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and related diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup, configuration, testing, and validation of electronic, mechanical, and system-level assemblies.
• Execute functional, diagnostic, and performance testing on components and finished products.
• Document test results, failure analyses, and corrective actions clearly and accurately.
• Diagnose, isolate, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-level failures.
• Assist with scanning, packaging, labeling, and other manufacturing support tasks.
