Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking an Engineering Test Technician to support the global hardware lab in building and debugging server PCs. You will work on PC architecture, BIOS, drivers, and OS interactions to ensure fully functional server platforms.

You will set up and operate lab equipment, debug hardware and software interfacing, and maintain lab machines including GPUs, CPUs, and SoCs. Strong collaboration and precise adherence to test protocols are essential."

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• In-depth knowledge of motherboard platforms, SoCs, and PC hardware components.
• Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills for conveying technical information.
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and detail orientation.
• Experience with lab instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols precisely.
• Proficient in data entry and analysis applications.
• Experience managing hardware, lab setups, and software issues in the lab.

Responsibilities

• Build and debug server PCs to support the global hardware lab.
• Debug hardware/software interfaces across BIOS, drivers, and OS.
• Use Windows and Linux commands for debugging and testing.
• Set up and debug server cooling systems.
• Configure, debug, and maintain lab machines (GPUs, CPUs, SoCs).
• Operate lab equipment like oscilloscopes and data acquisition systems.
