Job summary

KTek Resourcing is seeking a hands-on BLT Technician to support data center hardware installation, testing, and troubleshooting in a high-demand environment. You will work with Linux and Windows, perform basic Shell and Python scripting, and participate in firmware and OS installations.

The role requires workstation hardware triage, board bring-up, and familiarity with PCIe, USB, I2C, SPI, IPMI and Redfish.

Qualifications

• Data center hardware installation, testing, and troubleshooting experience.
• Proficiency with Linux, Windows, and basic Shell and Python scripting.
• Experience with servers, PCs, and hardware triage.
• Hardware board bring-up and basic debugging skills.
• Basic knowledge of PCIe, USB, I2C, and SPI.
• Understanding of network protocols and hardware management standards, specifically, IPMI and Redfish.
• Experience using oscilloscopes, power supplies, and other test equipment.
• Experience installing firmware and operating systems.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
