Job summary

Coury Hospitality is seeking a TEMPORARY Server for the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego. This on-site, part-time role supports Halloween and New Year’s events, delivering high-energy service and creating VIP experiences for guests.

You will own your section, upsell cocktails, ensure ID checks, and collaborate with bartenders to maintain smooth service in a fast-paced, premium venue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years server experience in a fast-paced, premium venue.
• Knowledge of spirits, wines, and craft cocktails.
• Ability to upsell with accuracy and charm.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-touch, timely table service with energy and professionalism.
• Upsell classic and signature cocktails with accuracy and flair.
• Connect with guests while managing high-volume service.
• Ensure proper ID checks and responsible alcohol service.

At our bars we deliver unforgettable moments in the heart of San Diego’s iconic Gaslamp Quarter. As a Server at the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego, you’ll create a VIP experience for every guest with exceptional service, confidence, and charm.

Your Mission

As a server, you’ll own your section like a pro, delivering signature cocktails, and create memorable moments one pour at a time.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-touch, timely table service with energy and professionalism
