Job summary

Coury Hospitality is seeking a TEMPORARY Bartender for the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego. You’ll mix classic and signature cocktails, own the bar space, and deliver memorable moments one pour at a time.

You’ll join a team in a center-stage Gaslamp Quarter venue, with great tips, high-energy service, and opportunities to grow. Flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays, this role focuses on premium guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Have 2+ years bartending in a fast-paced, premium venue.
• Can work a packed bar and still make every guest feel seen.
• Know your spirits, wines, and craft cocktail trends.
• Bring charisma, poise, and consistency to every shift.
• Are flexible on nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Mix classic and signature cocktails with accuracy and flair
• Keep the bar stocked, clean, and guest-ready at all times
• Connect with guests while managing high-volume service
• Ensure proper ID checks and responsible alcohol service
• Collaborate with servers and barbacks to keep service flowing
