Living Branches is seeking CNAs to join our team across all shifts in Souderton, PA. You will provide direct resident care per individualized plans, promoting dignity and independence while building meaningful relationships with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania CNA license.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience working with geriatric or dementia residents preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and long-term care guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care per individualized care plan, including personal care tasks with compassion.
• Ensure residents' comfort, hygiene, and safety during shifts.
• Assist with daily living activities and support social engagement for residents.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and long-term care guidelines.

CNA Overview:

• Under the direction of the nursing staff, will provide direct resident care duties based upon the individualized care plan/support plan of each resident, including attention to the residents' personal care (hygiene, bed changes, etc.) with an extreme display of compassion
• Valid Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant license
• Certified in CPR (Preferred)
• Experience working with geriatric persons or dementia residents (Preferred)
• Knowledge of HIPPA and long-term care guidelines
