Job summary

Rogers Corporation seeks a qualified IT professional to design, develop, and document server components that enhance user experience across IT applications and systems. You will create instructional manuals, video tutorials, and classroom sessions to support developed solutions.

You will work with IT staff and customers to analyze and solve business problems using on‑premise server solutions, align with business objectives, perform feasibility studies, and suggest cost‑effective actions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in an Information Technology area with expertise in server hardware, software, and systems.
• Knowledge of server framework (on premise) and virtualization techniques.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and document server systems that enhance user experience with IT applications and systems.
• Create instructional manuals, video tutorials, and classroom sessions to support solutions.
• Analyze and solve business problems with IT server solutions in collaboration with IT staff and customers.
• Understand business objectives, perform feasibility studies, and suggest best actions.
• Support junior staff and contribute to cross-functional project teams.
