• Knowledge of server framework (on premise) and virtualization techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and document server systems that enhance user expertise with regards to Information Technology applications and systems.
• Design and prepare instructional manuals, video tutorials, and classroom sessions in support of developed solutions.
• Work with IT staff and customers to analyze and solve business problems using IT server solutions.
• Understand business objectives and problems, identify alternative solutions, perform feasibility studies, cost/benefit analysis and suggest the best course of action.
• Contribute to cross functional project teams that address customer initiatives or IT infrastructure needs.
• Provide problem resolution of reported server issues and support to junior staff.
