About Us

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to provide excellent dining experiences for our guests. The role involves taking orders, serving with professionalism, and maintaining a clean and organized service area, all while adhering to safety and company guidelines.

Key Skills and Responsibilities

1. Guest Service & Hospitality: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
2. Food & Beverage Knowledge: Be familiar with the menu, ingredients, dietary restrictions, specials, and alcohol service regulations.
3. Order Accuracy & Efficiency: Take and deliver orders promptly with attention to detail.
4. Multi-tasking & Organization: Manage multiple tables efficiently, maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
5. POS & Cash Handling: Process payments and handle transactions accurately following security protocols.
6. Cleanliness & Compliance: Follow safety and hygiene standards, and maintain a tidy service area.
7. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand long hours, lift objects up to 50 lbs., and perform repetitive motions.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or food & beverage service is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism.
• Required certifications (e.g., Food Handler’s Card, Alcohol Awareness) must be obtained and maintained.
