About Us

The Server position requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a good knowledge of food and drinks to ensure guests have a great dining experience. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving guests professionally, and maintaining a clean and organized service area, all while adhering to company rules and safety guidelines.

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Guest Service & Hospitality: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and meet their needs throughout their visit.
  • Food & Beverage Knowledge: Know the menu thoroughly, including ingredients, dietary restrictions, specials, and alcohol service guidelines.
  • Order Accuracy & Efficiency: Promptly take and deliver food and beverage orders with attention to detail.
  • Multitasking & Organization: Manage multiple tables efficiently, maintaining a positive attitude in high-pressure situations.
  • POS System & Cash Handling: Process payments and close checks accurately, following security protocols.
  • Cleanliness & Compliance: Follow food safety and hygiene regulations, keep the service area tidy, and maintain necessary certifications.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours, lift objects (20–50 lbs.), walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous hospitality or food & beverage service experience is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage professionally with guests and coworkers.
  • Must obtain and maintain required certifications (e.g., Alcohol Awareness, Food Handler’s Card) as per state regulations.
