About Us

The Server position requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a good knowledge of food and drinks to ensure guests have a great dining experience. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving guests professionally, and maintaining a clean and organized service area, all while adhering to company rules and safety guidelines.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

1. Guest Service & Hospitality: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and meet their needs throughout their visit.
2. Food & Beverage Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the menu, including ingredients, dietary restrictions, specials, and alcohol service guidelines.
3. Order Accuracy & Efficiency: Take and deliver orders promptly with attention to detail.
4. Multi-tasking & Organization: Manage multiple tables efficiently, maintaining a positive attitude in high-pressure situations.
5. POS System & Cash Handling: Process payments and close checks accurately, following security protocols.
6. Cleanliness & Compliance: Follow food safety and hygiene regulations, keep the service area tidy, and maintain necessary certifications.
7. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours, lift objects (20–50 lbs.), walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or food & beverage service is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage professionally with guests and coworkers.
• Required certifications (e.g., Alcohol Awareness, Food Handler’s Card) must be obtained and maintained as per state regulations.
