Job summary

Carmel Mission Inn is seeking a friendly, energetic Server to shine in our dining room. You will greet guests, take orders, and guide them through the menu with confidence, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.

Responsibilities include delivering orders accurately, maintaining a clean service area, and handling payments. Prior hospitality experience and relevant certifications are valued; daily pay and comprehensive benefits follow after a probationary period.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hospitality or food & beverage service experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for guest and coworker interaction.
• Must obtain and maintain required certifications (Alcohol Awareness, Food Handler’s Card) as per state regulations.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
