Job Summary

The Peacock Inn Restaurant aims to provide an elegant and exceptional dining experience, enhanced by attentive, sophisticated décor, and a contemporary approach to cuisine. We are seeking a Server who must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate food and beverage service for a station of tables and be the face of the establishment.
• Develop rapport with guests and offer warm, efficient, and thoughtful service.
• Possess strong knowledge and passion for food, wine, spirits, and service.
• Execute the restaurant’s vision and philosophy.
• Make impromptu decisions in accordance with service cycle and restaurant standards.

Physical Demands

• Use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear.
• Frequently stand and walk.
• Visual requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and focus.

Working Conditions
