Job summary

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication; able to document errors and repairs
• Prefer PC or server environment experience
• Able to identify and resolve problems timely

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and diagnose servers
• Replace parts as needed
• Conduct server stress tests
• Document symptoms, test results, and parts replaced
• Collaborate with motherboard repair, QC, and testing teams
• Provide back up for QC, testing and motherboard testing
• Maintain parts consumption
• Assist other duties as assigned by leadership
• Maintain positive work environment
• Collaborate with warehouse, shipping and receiving
• Follow process for system and parts management
