Shaner Group is seeking hospitality staff for in-person service roles in Buffalo, NY. Positions include full-time and part-time with varied shifts, including evenings and weekends. Earn hourly pay with benefits and opportunities in a hotel setting.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving beverages and food, handling payments, and maintaining a clean dining area. Requires at least one year of customer-facing experience and willingness to work flexible hours.

Formación

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar position dealing with the public.
• Minimum age 21 to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
• High school graduate or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ServSafe or food safety training.
• Alcohol awareness training (e.g., TIPS).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available

Pay: $10.70 per hour for evening server.

$12.50 per hour for morning server.

Description:

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.


• Ensures compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department.


• Maintains food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications.


• Ensures communication with General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors and Staff.


• Other duties as assigned.
