Job summary

Rancho Santa Fe Association’s newly renovated restaurant seeks a courteous Server to deliver polished food and beverage service to Members and guests across the clubhouse dining room, grille room, and patio.

The Server will anticipate Member needs, uphold the club's hospitality standards, and work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requires at least 2 years serving experience; CA law requires 21+ for alcohol service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years serving experience in fine dining, upscale casual, or private club setting.
• Food Handler certification, or ability to obtain.
• RBS/TIPS alcohol service certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairing.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (21 if serving alcohol, per California law) and full availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Date: Monday, September 28 from 12:00pm-6:00pm

Tuesday, September 29 from 9:00am to 12:00pm and 4:00pm to 7:00pm

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Server is responsible for delivering gracious, detail-oriented food and beverage service to Members and their guests throughout the clubhouse dining room, grille room, and patio. Upholds the Club's reputation for exceptional hospitality by anticipating Member needs and providing service that feels both polished and personal.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years serving experience in fine dining, upscale casual, or private club setting
• Food Handler certification, or ability to obtain
• RBS/TIPS alcohol service certification preferred
• Working knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairing
• Excellent memory, multitasking ability, and interpersonal skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age (21 if serving alcohol, per California law)
• Full availability is required, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

PAY RATE:

$16.90
