Salary Range: $16.30 – $17.97 hourly
Position: Server (Front‑of‑House Team Member)

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, upbeat experience.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Recommend menu items, beverages, and promotions.
• Deliver food and drinks while ensuring quality and satisfaction.
• Check in with guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of RAS (responsible alcohol service) procedures and BWW policies.
• Work closely with your team to keep the dining room running smoothly.
• Recognize and resolve guest problems with conflict‑management and emotional intelligence skills.
• Follow all service time and quality standards while engaging guests and customizing their experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Certification to serve alcohol as required by state law and BWW policy.
• Superior customer service and hospitality skills.
