Responsibilities
- Greet guests and create a welcoming, upbeat experience
- Excellent verbal communication and interaction skills in order to serve BWW guests and create a personalized experience
- Skill in time management and organization with excellent attention to detail; ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Recommend menu items, beverages, and promotions
- Deliver food and drinks while ensuring quality and satisfaction
- Check in with guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Process payments and handle transactions accurately
- Conflict management skills, analytical skills, and a high degree of emotional intelligence to recognize and solve guest problems
- Knowledge of RAS (responsible alcohol service) procedures as defined by federal and state laws and BWW policies and guidelines
- Work closely with your team to keep the dining room running smoothly
Qualifications
- Superior customer service and hospitality skills
- Knowledge of proper sanitation, food safety, and security procedures
- Knowledge of BWW food and beverage menu and ability to make suggestions to guests and up‑sell
- Knowledgeable of current marketing initiatives and upcoming events to inform guests
- Basic mathematical skills and ability to handle money accurately
- Basic knowledge of Point of Sale systems
- Conflict management, analytical skills, and high emotional intelligence to recognize and solve guest problems
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant environment
- Knowledge of RAS procedures as defined by federal and state laws and BWW policies and guidelines

- Follow specific service time and guidelines while engaging guests and customizing their experience
- Maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period of time

Education & Experience
Required
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Certifications to serve alcohol as dictated by the state and BWW policy
Preferred
- Prior experience working as a server or in a customer service role, ideally in a high‑volume full‑service restaurant
