What You’ll Do
- Greet guests and create a welcoming, upbeat experience.
- Display excellent verbal communication and interaction skills to serve BWW guests and create a personalized experience.
- Manage time and organization with excellent attention to detail; take direction and execute team and company objectives.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Recommend menu items, beverages, and promotions.
- Deliver food and drinks while ensuring quality and satisfaction.
- Check in with guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
- Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
- Use conflict‑management skills, analytical thinking, and emotional intelligence to recognize and solve guest problems.
- Know RAS (responsible alcohol service) procedures as defined by federal and state laws, and BWW policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate with your team to keep the dining room running smoothly.
Qualifications & Skills
- Superior customer service and hospitality skills.
- Knowledgeable of proper sanitation, food safety, and security procedures.
- Know the BWW food and beverage menu and can make suggestions to guests and upsell.
- Aware of current marketing initiatives and upcoming events to inform guests.
- Excellent verbal communication and interaction skills to serve BWW guests and create a personalized experience.
- Strong time‑management and organizational skills with attention to detail; take direction and execute team and company objectives.
- Basic mathematical skills and accurate money handling.
- Basic knowledge of point‑of‑sale systems.
- Conflict‑management skills, analytical thinking, and high emotional intelligence to solve guest problems.
- Knowledge of RAS procedures as defined by federal and state laws, BWW policies and guidelines.
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant environment.

Education / Experience
Required
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Alcohol‑service certification as dictated by State and BWW policy.
Preferred
- Prior experience working as a server or in a customer‑service role, ideally in a high‑volume full‑service restaurant.
