Le Petit Pali at Ocean Ave in Carmel-by-the-Sea is seeking a friendly Server to join our guest-focused team. You will greet guests, take orders, guide beverage selections, and ensure a warm experience from morning coffee to evening service.

The role involves cash handling with Micros, teamwork, and staying calm during busy shifts while delivering consistent hospitality and professional service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Server.
• Clear communicator with strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
• Comfortable with basic arithmetic and point-of-sale systems.
• Good judgment, calm under pressure, and a collaborative team player.

• Anticipate and respond to guest needs quickly and warmly, keeping focus even during a busy shift.
• Communicate professionally with guests, coworkers, and management, adapting to different personalities with ease.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our food and beverage menu to guide and inform guests.

• Keep your workspace clean and organized, following side-work guidelines.
• Follow management's instructions and written memos and communicate proactively when you need more direction.

POSITION PROFILE

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required

• 1+ years of experience as a Server
• Clear communicator with strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
• Comfortable with basic arithmetic and point-of-sale systems.
• Good judgment, calm under pressure, and a collaborative team player.

Physical

• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs throughout the shift.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
