Job summary

Wingmen V Llc is hiring Servers at Buffalo Wild Wings in Indianapolis, IN. As a Server, you will be the face of our Guest experience, bringing energy and personality to every table while delivering exceptional service.

What You’ll Do

As a Server, you’ll be the face of the Guest experience—bringing energy, personality, and great service to every table.

• Greet Guests and create a welcoming, upbeat experience
• Excellent verbal communication and interaction skills in order to serve BWW Guests and ability to create a personalized experience
• Skill in time management and organization with excellent attention to detail; Ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Recommend menu items, beverages, and promotions
• Deliver food and drinks while ensuring quality and satisfaction
• Check in with Guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately
• Conflict management skills, analytical skills, and a high degree of emotional intelligence to recognize and solve guest problems
• Knowledge of RAS (responsible alcohol service) procedures as defined by both federal and state laws, and also BWW policies and guidelines
• Work closely with your team to keep the dining room running smoothly

• Knowledge of BWW food and beverage menu and ability to make suggestions to Guests and upsell
• Knowledgeable of current marketing initiatives and upcoming events to inform Guests
• Basic mathematical skills and the ability to handle money accurately
• Basic knowledge of Point of Sale systems
• Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in restaurant environment
• Knowledge of RAS (responsible alcohol service) procedures as defined by both federal and state laws, and also BWW policies and guidelines

Education and Experience

• Required:
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Certifications to serve alcohol as dictated by the State and BWW policy
• Preferred:
  • Prior experience working as a server or in a customer service role, ideally in a high volume full service restaurant
