Zusammenfassung

Carolina Reserve of Durham is seeking a friendly Server to prepare and serve meals in a warm, resident-focused dining room. You will work with a team to deliver fresh, appealing dishes and maintain high quality service for our residents.

This full-time role runs 1pm–7pm, with every other weekend 6am–6pm. Requirements include at least 6 months in assisted living or food service, ServSafe/food-safety knowledge, and a high school diploma or GED. CPR/First-Aid is a plus.

• Must be 16+; NC requires 18+ for power-driven machines.

• At least 6 months in assisted living experience including food preparation, full-line menu items and therapeutic diets preferred.
• Maintains a current ServSafe certificate (food services sanitation certificate) or able to participate in the food services sanitation training to become ServSafe certified.
• High School diploma or GED accepted.
• Must be 16 years or older. In NC, must be 18 years or older if operating power-driven machines such as a meat slicer, mixer, etc.
• CPR & First-Aid certifications preferred.
• Ability to work in an environment conducive to caring for residents without posing a substantial safety or health threat to self or others.
• Ability to work well with others and promote a team environment.
