Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is seeking a People and Culture Coordinator to join the P&C Department. You will support recruitment, orientation, benefits administration, and employee relations, acting as the first point of contact for employees and applicants.

This role requires strong MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills, familiarity with HRIS systems, and excellent English communication. Prior hotel or hospitality experience is preferred; US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of HRIS systems.
• Hotel operation experience is preferred.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

The Opportunity:

Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is currently looking for a People & Culture Coordinator.

The Role

The People and Culture Coordinator is an integral part of the P&C Department. From the recruitment and selection process to orientation, training, benefits administration, communication and overall employee relations,People and Cultureis there for all employees. The People and Culture Coordinator is the first smiling face employees and applicants meet upon entering into the P&C Office. This position assists with general employee and applicant inquiries, handles all incoming calls, provides employment verifications, processes a variety of reports, maintains all general employment files, and assists with a variety of employee events and initiatives in addition to other administrative duties. The People and Culture Coordinator handles every task with integrity and confidentiality. This highly visible role also provides administrative support to the executive team.

Preferred Qualifications

• We are looking for individuals who possess ahigh proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Publisher and MS Power Point andhave working knowledgeof HRIS systems.
• Previous experience in a hotel operation is preferred.
• The ability to possess a high level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of the office is essential.
• Applicants must also have a high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Applicants must be organized and resourceful.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience working in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Must provide work authorization document - proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America.
