If you have a passion for service, commitment to uncompromising quality and strong attention to detail, then we want to talk to you! Previous service experience in an upscale/fine dining restaurant is required.

Requirements & Expectations

• Minimum of 2 years, preferably at least 4 years, of serving experience in an upscale, fine dining establishment.
• Advanced knowledge and terminology of beer, wine, and spirits.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented, highly motivated professional with a strong sense of hospitality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a true passion for fine service, food and drink.
• Must have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and be open to learning new things.
• Ability to demonstrate hospitality, warmth, and expertise to guests and coworkers in a busy, sometimes fast‑paced / high‑stress environment.
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively with both front‑of‑the‑house and back‑of‑the‑house team members in a loud environment.
• Available for evening shifts, any day of the week, including weekends and some holidays.
• Regular, predictable, reliable attendance is required.

Physical Requirements

• Physical ability to work on your feet, alertly, for extended periods of time.
• Ability to maintain balance of food and drink service trays.
• Physical ability to frequently lift up to 30 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, reach, squat, kneel, climb and twist.
