801 Fish St. Louis is hiring for a Host, a part-time, hourly FOH role in a fast-paced, guest-centric setting that emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and top-quality food and drink.

The position requires at least 2 years of host experience in fine dining, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays, and proficiency with OpenTable and similar systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this high-energy environment.

• Ability to communicate clearly (in person or via telephone) while demonstrating warmth & professionalism to guests in a busy, fast-paced / high-stress environment.
• Ability to maintain regular, reliable and predictable attendance.

This is a part-time, non-exempt (hourly) front of the house (FOH) position working in a team-oriented, high-volume / fast-paced, guest-centric environment with the highest quality food & drink.

Requirements & Expectations:

• Minimum of 2 years host experience in a fast-paced, high-end / fine dining establishment.


• Availability to work any day of the week, including evenings, weekends & some holidays.


• Knowledge of, and ability to work within, OpenTable and other computer systems.
