Job summary

Bridgewood Gardens is seeking a part-time Server to deliver dining services to residents in a senior living community. The role focuses on preparing and serving meals, maintaining clean dining and kitchen areas, and ensuring timely service with a friendly, resident-focused approach.

We value hospitality experience, clear communication in English, and good judgment to support a positive dining experience for residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service or senior living (preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items and serves food to residents within scheduled time frame.
• Cleans and maintains food service areas, including kitchen and dining room.
• Assists with responsibilities as assigned by supervisor to ensure smooth dining operations.
