Job summary

The Legacy at South Plains in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Server to deliver dining services to residents in a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

You will prepare and serve meals, maintain cleanliness of dining areas, and communicate effectively with residents and staff. The role offers flexible scheduling, same-day pay options, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service or senior living (preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Prepares food items and serves food to Residents within scheduled time frame.
• Cleans and maintains food service areas, including kitchen and dining room.
