Broadway Mesa Village A Senior Living Community is seeking a Server to support our dining services for residents. If you enjoy serving seniors and helping create a warm, caring environment, this role offers meaningful daily impact and team collaboration in a senior living setting.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of hospitality experience, strong English communication skills, and the ability to work flexibly across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in hospitality, full-service or senior living.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Prepares food items and serves food to Residents within scheduled time frame.
• Cleans and maintains food service areas, including kitchen and dining room.
