The Renaissance Assisted Living in Florence, AL is seeking a server to join our food service team. You will prepare and serve meals to residents, maintain a clean dining area, and support a warm, friendly atmosphere for our residents.

Requires at least 1 year of hospitality or senior living experience, strong English communication, good judgement, and the ability to work with care and respect for residents. This position offers FT or PT hours with flexible scheduling.

Highlights of the Sever Position:

• A minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service or senior living (preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Prepares food items and serves food to Residents within scheduled time frame.
• Cleans and maintains food service areas, including kitchen and dining room.
