Job summary

Pegasus Landing of Vintage Park in Houston is seeking a compassionate Server to help residents enjoy meals and daily life in a senior living community. The role requires at least 1 year of hospitality, full‑service, or senior living experience; strong English communication; good judgment and problem‑solving; and the ability to prepare and serve food on schedule.

You will maintain clean dining and kitchen areas and participate in mentorship, CEU reimbursement, and a supportive company culture

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year hospitality, full-service or senior living experience.
• Strong English communication, verbal and written.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Prepares and serves food to residents within scheduled time frame.
• Cleans and maintains dining and kitchen areas.

Highlights of the Server Position

• A minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service or senior living (preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Prepares food items and serves food to Residents within scheduled time frame.
• Cleans and maintains food service areas, including kitchen and dining room.
