Job summary

Spring Arbor Senior Living of Williamsburg is hiring for Server / Dining Room Attendant roles in Williamsburg, VA. Starting at $15.38/hr with higher pay based on experience; same-day pay options available. Full-time and part-time shifts are available in a friendly, family-like team setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.
• The Community is a drug free workplace; associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.

• Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner as well as approach and interact with resident and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
• Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
• Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
• Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
• Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
• Label and date all food.
